Acceptable Use Policy
What you may not advertise or create with Youssef AI, and how anyone can report content. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
1.Products you may not advertise with us
- Counterfeit, replica or “inspired by” products sold as another brand's.
- Products or listings that use another company's trademark, logo, design or photos without permission.
- Products that are illegal where you sell or advertise them, or that Meta or TikTok prohibit in that market.
Health, cosmetic and children's products need extra care: you must be able to support every claim in their ads. [confirmation step before ads are made for these products, to be added]
2.Content you may not create
- Images of a real, identifiable person without their consent, including deepfakes, fake endorsements and fake testimonials.
- Copies of competitors' ads, photos, slogans or brand assets.
- False or misleading claims, fake reviews, invented discounts, fake countdowns or fake scarcity.
- Hateful, harassing, sexual or violent content, or content that targets or exploits children.
- Anything meant to get around an ad platform's review or rules.
3.What you upload
Only upload material you have the right to use: your own photos, supplier images you are allowed to use, and documents you may share. Don't upload other people's personal data unless you are allowed to share it with us.
4.Ad platform rules
You must also follow the advertising policies of Meta and TikTok in every market where you publish. Our checks help, but the platforms decide what they accept.
5.What we do if this policy is broken
We may refuse a request, remove an output, or suspend an account. We will tell you why unless the law or the safety of others stops us. [effect on credits when an account is suspended, to be decided]
6.Report content (takedown)
Anyone can report content made with Youssef AI that breaks this policy or infringes their rights. Email [contact email] with “Report” in the subject, and include:
- where you saw the content (a link or a screenshot);
- what is wrong with it;
- for trademark, copyright or image-rights claims: who owns the right, and a statement that you are the owner or allowed to act for them;
- how we can contact you.
