Rewrites: when you ask us to write the ideas or copy again, a new product includes 5 rewrites and fresh ads include 1. The app shows how many you have left. Each extra rewrite costs 1 credit. Your own text edits are always free.

Pricing questions

What is a credit?

Credits are how you pay for work in the app. A new product costs 12 credits and gives you the checked product facts, ad ideas, copy and 4 finished ads. Fresh ads on a product you already approved cost 6 credits for 4 more ads, and one more ad costs 1 credit. A new product includes 5 rewrites of the ideas or copy and fresh ads include 1; each extra rewrite costs 1 credit. Credits are a prepaid licence to use the service, not money.

Do credits expire?

Your credits never expire as long as you use your account at least once every 2 years. We email you 30 days before.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase, on every pack. There is also a first-campaign guarantee. If you don't export any ad from your first campaign, we refund your first pack in full within 14 days. One per customer or card. The details are in Credits and refunds.

What counts as our failure?

Anything that goes wrong on our side costs you nothing. A generation that fails, times out or returns an invalid result is refunded automatically. If we can't read enough of your sources to build the product facts, the brief isn't charged. Every ad gets 2 free redos for any reason, and if it still isn't usable you can mark it unusable to get that ad's credit back, as long as you haven't exported it.

What if Meta or TikTok rejects an ad?

If Meta or TikTok rejects an exported ad for a claim our check passed, send us the rejection within 14 days and we'll fix it free or refund that ad's credit (up to 2 per campaign). This doesn't cover claims you added yourself or confirmed after a warning.

Is there a subscription?

No. You buy a pack of credits when you need it. Nothing renews.
