Credits and refunds

A credit is a prepaid, non-transferable licence to use Youssef AI. It is not money and cannot be exchanged for cash, except through the refunds on this page. You spend credits on outcomes:

New product · 12 credits

Checked product facts, ad ideas, copy and 4 ads in 4:5 and 9:16

Fresh ads · 6 credits

4 new ad ideas, their copy and 4 ads, on a product brief you already approved

One more ad · 1 credit

One more idea with its copy, as an ad in 4:5 and 9:16

Extra rewrite · 1 credit

Writing the ideas or copy again after the included rewrites: 5 with a new product, 1 with fresh ads. The app shows how many you have left before you spend a credit.

A campaign is charged as one price; the steps inside it are never billed one by one. This rate card does not change for credits you already hold. Pack prices may change, only for future purchases, with 30 days' notice.

Your credits never expire as long as you use your account at least once every 2 years. We email you 30 days before.

“Use” means any sign-in, purchase or use of credits. Credits lapse after 24 months without any of these, and we email you 30 days before they do.

On every pack, you can get a refund for the credits you haven't used within 14 days of buying it. The refund is the price you paid for that pack, times the unused credits from it, divided by the credits in the pack, rounded to the cent. If you haven't used any, you get back exactly what you paid. For example:

• Starter ($19 for 20 credits): 10 unused credits refund $9.50
• Growth ($49 for 60 credits): 30 unused credits refund $24.50
• Pro ($119 for 160 credits): 80 unused credits refund $59.50

If you don't export any ad from your first campaign, we refund your first pack in full within 14 days. One per customer or card.

• A generation that fails, times out or returns an invalid result is refunded automatically and shows as refunded in your history.
• If we can't read enough of your sources to build the product facts, the brief is not charged.
• Every ad includes 2 free redos, for any reason, with no questions asked.
• If an ad still isn't usable after its 2 redos, you can mark it unusable and get that ad's credit back automatically. This works once per ad, and only if you haven't exported it.
• Text edits and restoring an earlier version are always free.

If Meta or TikTok rejects an exported ad for a claim our check passed, send us the rejection within 14 days and we will fix the ad for free or refund that ad's credit, up to 2 ads per campaign.

This does not cover claims you added or edited yourself, or facts you confirmed after we warned you we could not confirm them.

If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. At checkout we ask you to confirm that you want us to start straight away and that you then lose the right of withdrawal for credits you use. We confirm this by email. Credits you haven't used stay refundable as described above.

If you dispute a payment with your bank, spending on the account is frozen until the dispute is resolved. Please contact us first: most problems are faster to fix directly.
